Wedding Photography
Your Wedding
Your photographer should be the kind of person you would actually invite to your wedding, a friend you can trust totally. It's going to be a unique and unrepeatable event.
Kevin Wilson is widely acclaimed as one of Europe's leading wedding and portrait photographers. He has the rare distinction of having achieved Fellowship in all four major photographic bodies: The Master Photographers Association (MPA) the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) and the Royal Photographic Society (RPS). The Societies of Wedding & Portrait Photographers (SWPP)
Fellowship
This is the most prestigious qualification that a professional photographer is able to achieve in social photography. Fellowship is achieved on production of a collection of work that truly reflects an individual style, one that can be attributed to the author of the submission that consists of 25 - 35 faultless images that must hang together as a complete set and be recognised as the body of work of one person.
This work will demonstrate, individuality, symmetry, graphic design, composition and a true mastery of light control. Awarding of Fellowship is the ultimate recognition of one's artistry and attention to detail in pursuit of excellence. Very few photographers achieve this status. Kevin is unique, the only photographer to have achieved seven fellowships in social photography, all in different disciplines including wedding and portraiture throughout the 108-year history of the British Institute of Professional Photography.
Kevin is one of a select few of photographers to be awarded the Fox Talbot Award, Fox Talbot was the inventor of photography, and this was bestowed for his outstanding contribution to professional photography.
